I’ve had to run around southern California a lot recently and I’ve been trying to do so at the best travel times as possible- to decrease stress levels, of course. But yesterday I had to run down to San Diego (around 120 or so miles from my place) and had to be there at a specific time… which meant that if I didn’t do it right, I’d hit traffic and go nuts. Welcome back, Arrow-heads! Sebastian Blood’s running for mayor and has just removed one problem in Laurel Lance. Now she’s revealed to be a pill-popper and been fired from the DA’s office. Also, Roy’s attempt to be a vigilante ends badly, which leaves Ollie as Arrow with one option: train him to control his super-anger. Television Graveyard- plot 6, Veritas: The Quest
27 JanI recently watched the Syfy series, Haven, and we know what happens when I do that, right? I tend to find an actor that I like and watch all the things. Well, I lucked out and didn’t find an actor but rather rediscovered one I’d already enjoyed but missed several things. Well, I’m partial to particular things so I opted to watch a series I remember starting and then losing track of (probably because ABC bounced it around and then canceled it before it was truly given a chance)… I give you- Veritas: The Quest!

Well, pregnant Lana accepted Lex’s proposal for marriage, which is great news for Lex, and not necessarily for anyone else. Clark also has discovered a new ally in his hunt for Zoners and teamed up with an all-star super team in their attempt to destroy Lex’s 33.1 bases. Welcome back, Arrow-heads! Here’s what you need to know so far: Laurel has discovered Sebastian is a stone cold psychopath who murdered his dad as a child and locked away his mom in a mental ward. Thea’s become aware of Roy’s super strength, but not of the possible side effects of the Mirakuru in him, like the tendency to rage out. In the past, Slade raged out and ran off from Ollie and Sara. Sometimes it really sucks to be a poor grad student with no TV, but then I remember NetFlix and Hulu and that everything I want to see will eventually be available there. Last year I finally checked out Eureka and Primeval (and it’s spinoff). So this year, during my recent enforced rest due to injury, I finally started watching Syfy’s Haven.
