And finally we’ve reached the end of this series. Perhaps I’ll do it again. As noted in my last post, HQ recently moved and in doing so I found even more DVDs that I own and have never watched. I really need to stop doing that. And to end the series, I thought we’d go out on a silly note- I give you Zerophilia.
OK… well, this series of posts was meant to be over months ago, however in sort of a whirlwind NerdLush HQ moved. Like to another city. And life got a little whackadoodle. But I’ve finally had a chance to finish up, so let’s check in with the second to last… The Year That Trembled.

My NerdLush boss and I had a bizarre quandary to solve: an X-titled film none of us have seen. There is the X-Men movies, the X-Files movies, heck, even the xXx movies that we have seen. On the latter end, I was almost ready to bite the bullet and see the new xXx film for here (I ultimately did for a future post in my own blog, but that’s a story for another time), until I realized there is one X-titled movie I know neither of us have seen, but as I asked politely to fill in, I’ll talk about it. And no, it is not Xanadu (I got hard lines in the sand I refuse to cross, and that’s one). That movie is the recent horror anthology XX!
Finally back… I’m losing steam on this as we get to end of the alphabet but I AM GOING TO FINISH! For W I finally sat down to watch Warm Bodies which has sat on my shelf since it came out years ago.
My planned V film was a miss because it turned out I had already seen it. But completely forgotten. So… I’ve been hunting for a replacement. Netflix hooked me up with Vampire Academy, but it took a few attempts to watch the whole thing… So I’m finally back, and ready to tell you all about it!
This is not a review. I have to start out with that because I am not a film critic, at least no more than the next Average Joe, nor am I qualified to review a film by talking about the elements that were done to create it. What this is is a collection of the thoughts I had while watching Wonder Woman and afterwards. The simplest way to describe my reaction is this- I loved it. Stop now if you haven’t seen the film as I cannot be held responsible for any spoilers found herein.

Me again. How’s things? I actually didn’t have a lot of T’s in my collection, but I’ve got one that I’ve owned for almost a decade but never bothered to watch because… honestly, I don’t remember why. I know I wanted to see it in the theater but when it came out I was in the middle of cramming all the courses ever in order to finish my bachelors… anyways, it’s sat on my shelf and today I broke down and finally watched Tristan & Isolde.
I’m a bit late with this one… sorry about that but I got caught up in Netflix. I’m back, though, and this week I decided it was time for something ridiculous- Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse!
