Recently, we had the pleasure of checking out the first stop on the Fandemic Tour, with a quick trip up to Sacramento to help inaugurate a new convention. Overall, it was quite an enjoyable convention and it is recommended to check out if a stop happens to be near you. Though as it was the first event, there are a few things that could be improved. One of the first bits of original programming TNT did was a television movie called, The Librarian: Quest for the Spear. Twenty years later, star Noah Wyle and producer Dean Devlin teemed up to produce a series that continues the adventures of the librarians. Noah’s “Flynn Carter” led three films for TNT, and came to frequently guest star within this first season show as both a lead in and something to attract fans of the films. But the rest of the cast and characters introduced in the first episode were strong enough to carry the show without Carter being around constantly.
So the fifth season of TNT’s Leverage is off to a fine start and now that the hullabaloo of SDCC has died down, I can move on to discussing new topics- which translates to: I want to talk to y’all about my love for Leverage.
