Welcome back, Arrowheads! When last we left Team Arrow, they were still on the hunt for creepy ‘ol Prometheus, but they had some distractions of late. The big one being Felicity’s involvement with HELIX causing some friction between her and Ollie, and by happenstance, Diggle and Lyla over ARGUS’ recent activities. Previously, Ollie found himself prisoner of Adrian Chase/Prometheus, and got a lesson as to what kind of man he is, specifically a guy who probably enjoys murdering bad guys. This educational experience really messed with Ollie’s head, so much so that when he was let go by Adrian, he immediately went back to Arrow HQ to tell the Team he’s shutting down the operation. Welcome back, Arrowheads! Oliver and company had their fill of bad guy Prometheus, and so far, have no clue who this guy is. What they don’t know is our Big Bad for the season is Star City’s own District Attorney, Adrian Chase! This helpful yet mildly unstable public servant has a beef with Ollie, and may have another connection to Ollie’s past: being trained by the woman who helped him become the Hood, Talia Al Ghul! Meantime, Felicity is getting in deeper with the computer hacking group HELIX, and Ollie’s current girlfriend, Susan, may have just gotten herself in trouble with Adrian. Welcome back, Arrowheads! So we’ve had this whole Prometheus stuff hanging over this season, and now, it looks like Prometheus just launched another wave of pain against Oliver Queen. Besides leaking that hidden autopsy report on Billy to the police, our baddie also leaked it to the press, which could lead to the end of Ollie’s term as mayor of Star City! Also, Thea’s starting to remind Ollie of Mama Queen (and not in the best way, since Thea pretty much destroyed Susan’s career) and Felicity is really liking all that info she got from the mysterious Helix.
