5 MaySo… I was not one of the souls out late Thursday night for a midnight screening of this summers first Blockbuster- The Avengers, instead I was lounging in bed watching an episode of a favorite series (in case you were wondering- “Leverage“). But I did run out early Friday morning to catch a showing!

mini-Nerdsplosion- This Means War
3 MayOld news now, but I had the opportunity to see a screening of the recent Reese Witherspoon flick, This Means War, and review it for AFC. This mini post is just to link you to it… Though, I will say- for the record- I enjoyed this film immensely. I didn’t go into it with high expectations, but that didn’t stop me from having a good time. If you haven’t seen it, I do recommend it. I mean… don’t shell out $20 for it. Go to the cheap theater or wait for DVD/streaming. Unless you prefer the big fancy screens. Eh… do whatever you want. 😛
