Welcome back, Arrowheads! Previously, crime boss Ricardo Diaz has started to slowly take control of Star City. Meanwhile, Team Arrow has been splintered all over the place, unable to get a foothold on stopping all of this. Thea’s left, the newbies are left in limbo, and Diggle is wondering when he’s going to ever put the Green Arrow hood on again. I could ask how things could get any worse, but as you’ll see, things already have. Continue reading →

Welcome back! We got some recaps of Black Lightning and Legends of Tomorrow to tide you over in this installment of the recap round-up! But first, we would be remiss (and also very short on content this time) if we didn’t take a brief look at another DC TV show that just premiered on Syfy: the sorta-Superman prequel series, Krypton! Welcome back, Arrowheads! Last time, our heroes finally pieced together that Ricardo Diaz is the Big Bad of the season, and that he has his hands in a lot of agencies in Star City, including the police. While that corruption is being investigated quietly, the Team had to save their old friend, Roy Harper, who was being tortured to be a witness in the federal case against Ollie. This was especially important for Thea, who had been feeling a bit reflective about her life so far. And even with Roy saved, there’s still the unknown threat of a resurrected League of Assassins out there, spying on Thea! Continue reading →

Welcome back, Arrowheads! We’ve had a pretty massive blow-up last time we we’re checking in on Team Arrow, mainly because they ended up fighting their former teammates to save Evil Laurel! While that kind of thing is going to be hard to work past for everyone, the Team has to still worry about Ricardo Diaz and his move to take control of Star City. And Evil Laurel is still out there, still with the city’s money. So let’s jump in… Continue reading →

Welcome back, Arrowheads! It’s a “good news, bad news” time since the brief break from last episode. The good news: Cayden James has been stopped from his and plot to blow up Star City! The bad news: pretty much everything else! Cayden James is murdered by Ricardo Diaz, the true architect behind the city’s recent woes. The original flavor Team Arrow is still having issues with their former teammates, mostly because their former teammates can’t get their crap together. And Quentin has secretly taken Evil Laurel, Black Siren, away to recover from that bullet wound Dinah gave her. It’s just a matter of when all this will boil over for our heroes, and that time might be NOW… Continue reading →
