ARROW Season 7×19, “Spartan” recap

Welcome back, Arrowheads! Team Arrow is dealing with the Ninth Circle, a deadly crime organization that has made Emiko Queen, Ollie’s other step-sister, part of its ranks. But Ollie may have found a way to break the group’s hold on Emiko, by revealing that they were responsible for her mother’s death. Will this turn Emiko over to the good guys? Meantime in the future, our baddies there have put out some new super soldier that has been putting our heroes on the ropes, but Mia (along with some help from an older Black Canary holder) has retrieved the tech filled helmet from that super soldier and maybe will provide some answers. ARROW Season 7×18, “Lost Canary” recap

Welcome back, Arrowheads! We’ve hit the final batch of episodes this season, and we got a lot of ground to cover. First off: Ollie is contending with his half sister Emiko being an agent of the evil Ninth Circle, and whether any of what she told him about her quest to find her mother’s killer is true or not. Second: things aren’t so good for Evil Laurel Lance as she gets accused of murdering a gang leader among other things (some of which she probably did do, but likely not murder), all because she ratted out Emiko to Ollie. Welcome back, Arrowheads! When last we left our heroes, Oliver Queen was still in prison, but interested in the meeting Diaz’s connection inside, the mysterious “The Demon”. But “The Demon” is in a far more secure level for violent inmates, so Ollie arranges a trip there by wounding a few crooked guards. Meantime, as we still have that mystery Green Arrow running around, Felicity has a lead on Diaz shackled up, in one of his hired help, The Silencer. Welcome back, Arrowheads! When last we left Oliver Queen, he had fulfilled (more or less) an arrangement with Brick to get in touch with whoever brought in those goons to rough him up in Slabside. Meantime, we met the Longbow Hunters, three mercenaries who proved to be very formidable against Diggle and ARGUS, but not enough to have the plans of Diaz, their boss, thwarted. Felicity is getting a little tired of having to look behind her shoulder now that Diaz openly attacked her, so she goes to the one person who might be able to help: FBI agent Samanda Watson. But leave it to an attack on him and Felicity by Ricardo Diaz to put him back into a more proactive position.
