Dusting Off The Shelf: Letter Q

30 Apr

Stewart here…

As our boss has no films that start with the letter “Q”, she asked me to find a “Q” movie worth talking about.  We could’ve gone with Quest For Fire, or even Quantum of Solace.  Instead, I’ll be talking about something more up this blog’s alley: a giant monster movie!  And its the 1982 monster movie: Q, The Winged Serpent!

ARROW Season 5×19, “Dangerous Liaisons” recap

27 Apr

Welcome back, Arrowheads!  Now that Adrian Chase has been revealed to be Prometheus, things should be better for Team Arrow, yeah?  Well, there’s still the tiny problem that Adrian has fleed his witness protection detail, and no one knows where he is.  Then there’s Felicity becoming more chummy with the hacker collective HELIX, and that can only explode in her and her friends’ face.  On the plus side, no flashbacks this week, so we can get straight to this… Continue reading

Dusting Off The Shelf: Letter N

4 Apr

As much as I am a closet sap and enjoy a weepfest, the last two films covered that for a bit, I think. So in choosing this weeks title from my backlog of films I felt it was important to take this into account… obviously, this means zombies. Right? It’s obvious. This week I dug up a recent entry into my B movie collection- Navy Seals vs Zombies!
