I’m out of posts! I’m out of time! I’m out of Music! Help!

So… it’s one of those months. There is both too much and too little to post on. And I’m completely swamped. My brain is too tired to come up with a topic for today and sadly, I’m out of backlogged and scheduled posts.

It’s been a while since I did a music post though, and I’d really like to do another. My problem with doing one is that I haven’t listened to anything new in MONTHS. In my car, I listen to my satellite radio almost exclusively. And if it’s not that, it’s the few cds that I’ve already written about. And the stuff on my computer and phone is all older or random song or two from an artist. I’d like to hear something new- artist or album- and I need your help!

Tell me who I should take a listen to. Who is your favorite (new or old) artist/band? What cd strikes your fancy? What cd is always playing during a road trip? What artist did you just download everything from because one song struck you so much? And hey, if you’re a musician, feel free to rec your own stuff, too!

On a related note, I’m heading off to see our pal Phil X play with Bon Jovi soon. Pretty darn excited about that. Hopefully there’ll be a post to come from it.
